We are currently seeking entrepreneurial and highly-motivated individuals to work as Business Analysts across all Tailwynd business segments. Tailwynd Analysts support and ensures the successful creation and procurement of materials to the Consultant, Associate, and Partner members within Tailwynd. As a Tailwynd member, you will join a burgeoning group of other business analysts, consultants, associates and partners based in cities around the world. NOTA BENE: If your membership application is approved, your position will be that of an independent contractor, and compensation will be based on your approved hourly rate, total experience, and overall performance.

Based on your capabilities, expressed interest, and stated availability, your day-to-day will consist largely of business development, project management, and client relationship management. You will work closely with Consultants and Associates. When staffed on an engagement, you will be responsible for creating reports, presentations, and research to fulfill deliverables. As a Tailwynd Member, you will act as an independent contractor under the umbrella of Tailwynd. As Tailwynd is an early-stage startup, you will work closely with the founders and have the opportunity to shape both domestic and international strategy.
